Literally, Ros solis means "sunshine dew." It belongs to the most traditional Piedmontese tradition and offers unmistakable floral notes and a delicate, elegant flavor. It is made according to Italian tradition dating back to the 16th century and is characterized by the sweet, delicate, and typically aromatic floral notes of violets. It can be enjoyed at any time of day, as was the custom in the past, or at the end of a meal, preferably chilled.
