Our China liquor is made from the infusion of cinchona barks, known since ancient times for their exceptional herbal properties. It is an amber liquor, with bright red nuances and a slightly balsamic aroma, with balanced citrus notes. The bitterness of the cinchona is balanced by citrus fruits and the aftertaste of coriander and vanilla.
