Brachetto Grappa is made from slow steam distillation of carefully selected pomace, following the traditional method of historic Piedmontese grappas. Transparent, crystalline, rich, mellow, and aromatic, with typical floral and fruity notes. Full-bodied on the palate, with a full and elegant finish and a persistent, rounded finish.
