Grappa Nobile, made from the pomace of grapes vinified for the production of Amarone, matures slowly in French oak barrels. Amber-colored, it releases predominantly toasted wood, pastry, and dried fruit notes. The aroma is pronounced, elegant, and persistent, rich with the typical aromas of cocoa and vanilla.
