Grappa del Cavaliere – Barolo is a long-aged reserve, rendered smooth and refined by time spent in wood. Clear and amber-colored, its aromatic profile is dominated by fruity notes of dried and candied fruit, accompanied by hints of jam and citrus, and spicy notes of pepper, licorice, cloves, and tobacco.
