Grappa aged in five barrels, distilled from a blend of carefully selected pomace using the traditional steam distillation method. Aged in five barrels made of different woods: oak, acacia, ash, cherry, and apple. This process yields an excellent product, distinctly amber-colored, intense, and mellow.
