In 1908, Salvatore Martina, apothecary from the province of Lecce, created this herbal bitters with the aim of combining digestive and invigorating qualities, receiving numerous awards at major national and international exhibitions. Made from a selection of the highest-quality herbs, it offers strong bitter notes that blend elegantly with the balsamic notes of the spices.
In 2021, Amaro Martina won third place at the IWSC international competition.
