Quaglia's selection of artisanal grappas was born with the distillery in 1890. Single-varietal grappas are made from the pomace of typical Piedmontese wines; Noble grappas are made from local excellences such as Barolo and Barbaresco and enhanced by long barrel aging; and Quaglia's Grandi Riserves are prized for their long aging in oak barrels.
