Our grappas: nobili, varietal and Grandi Riserve

Our selection of artisan Grappas was born with the distillery in 1890. Varietal grappas are made from the pomace of typical Piedmontese wines, Grandi Riserve are aged in oak wood barrels for a long time and noble grappas, which come from the excellences of Barolo and Barbaresco, are enriched with a long aging in oak casks.

Oak: the secret of softness

Amber and intense, elegantly soft and warm or bright and crystalline, our grappas bouquet is fragrant and precious. The secret of the softness and intensity of our grappas lies in the long rest in oak barrels, which transfers the aromas and accents of wood to the distillates, enriching them with an extraordinary complexity.
