The products included in the Antica Distilleria Quaglia catalogue, visible online at www.distilleriaquaglia.it They can be purchased through our e-commerce site. If your requests cannot be fulfilled, Antica Distilleria Quaglia will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order, informing you of the expected lead time for any out-of-stock products. You will then be free to choose whether to wait the specified time, modify your order, or cancel it entirely.

Shipping and delivery 

Barring unforeseen circumstances, Antica Distilleria Quaglia srl ​​will fulfill your order. within 5 working days upon receipt of the same (subject to payment). The shipment is entrusted to the courier GRT/DHL, which with a fast and reliable service takes care of delivering the chosen products directly to your home.

Withdrawal and replacement

All purchases made on www.distilleriaquaglia.it are governed by Italian law on mail order sales. If there was an error in completing the order, a product not specifically chosen by you was shipped, or you are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase, you will have the right to 10 working days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal. Antica Distilleria Quaglia will replace the item or refund the full amount, provided that the product is returned to the selling party in good condition. The return shipment must be made by you and the cost, as required by Italian law, will be at your expense..

The returned item must be correctly packaged and accompanied by a copy of the accompanying invoice issued by us.

The communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent by registered mail within 10 working days from the date of receipt or by e-mail to the address ordini@distilleriaquaglia.it, provided that it is then confirmed by registered mail within 48 hours.

Damaged goods

If you receive damaged goods, you must notify us by email at ordini@distilleriaquaglia.it Within 5 working days of receiving the goods. Antica Distilleria Quaglia will arrange for the package to be collected at its expense and reshipped. Antica Distilleria Quaglia's primary concern is to safeguard the integrity and quality of its products as much as possible, taking the utmost care in packaging.
