Handcrafted grappas, liqueurs and vermouths

Every liqueur has a story. A story shaped by the land and its ingredients, by time and place. We begin by choosing the best ingredients, then process them by hand to preserve their purest qualities. Our spirits, liqueurs, premium grappas, and vermouths are made using traditional methods that respect our extraordinary heritage of historic recipes. Chemical flavorings and preservatives aren’t our thing—in each bottle, you’ll find only the purest, most authentic flavors.

The Quaglia Distillery

We believe in tradition and what it teaches us. Since 1890, the recipes of our spirits have withstood the test of time, preserving their value through the years. Our story began more than 130 years ago when Cavalier Giuseppe Quaglia acquired the distillery in Castelnuovo Don Bosco. Today, the past inspires us: to move forward, we’ve simply looked back, rediscovering ancient knowledge while evolving while staying deeply rooted in our heritage.
